In the seven–storey glass atrium of the Aurora restaurant, flooded with morning light, eyes run away at the sight of gastronomic abundance - snacks and cuts, hot dishes and omelets, vegetables and fruits. Here you can make various options from popular European and Russian elements, traditional for breakfast. Now the various buffet has become even more multinational. Chef Igor Shepelev has prepared a special halal menu for the Arab guests of the hotel.
The word "halal" in Arabic means "permitted", and this concept affects all aspects of Muslim life, including food. Food should not contain any components prohibited by the Koran.
In the halal corner of the restaurant, guests will find okra, similar to a miniature green pepper. This low-calorie dietary product is one of the most popular vegetables in the Middle East.
Falafel, or deep-fried chickpea balls seasoned with spices, contains many trace elements and fiber. Falafel is said to have existed since the time of the Egyptian pharaohs.
