Why not combine business with pleasure? A cozy and stylish lobby bar in the 5* hotel “Safmar Aurora Luxe” offers a new service to its guests – a business lunch, when they can discuss serious matters in a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel lobby bar which can sit 70 customers has enjoyed popularity among art and business elite for a long time. It is located in the heart of the capital and is open for hospitable service from 8am till 2am. In the morning one can order a delicious breakfast from a special breakfast menu. During the day and in the evenings Chef Igor Shepelev treats the lobby bar guests with his signature dishes from the lobby bar menu.

The elegant furniture in the art deco style, the spectacular backlit bar counter made of onyx, the dividing panels with transparent walls and aqua-bubbles moving in slow motion between them – everything is carefully chosen for a maximum comfort and relaxation of guests and locals. The genuine home-like atmosphere invites to gather in the evening with friends over a glass of good wine, while enjoying professional and friendly service of the staff.

Business lunch menus were added to the existing ones at the end of July. The Chef and his team offer three menu variants, where seasonal products are skilfully transformed into tasty dishes. Each variant is available for a fortnight, and every section has several options. The selection is wide and every dish is a good choice, whether you start with Fried pumpkin with fetaki cheese and arugula sauce or with Fried mozzarella with arugula leaves, tomatoes and presto sauce. In the Mains guests are spoilt for choice: it is not an easy decision to choose between Beef Stroganoff and Salmon steak with veggies and sauce, for example. Oh, and not to forget about the Soups - Borscht or crème soup with spinach?

General manager Mariam Khavadzha says that the new initiative was prompted by the desire to extend the list of options for guests, including locals, who come to spend time in the lobby bar. A business lunch is an excellent opportunity to have quick and quality food at a very reasonable price while holding a business meeting.

Business lunches are available every working day from noon till 4pm.

The price of a three-course meal is 1 500 rubles. A nice additional bonus is a special menu of drinks, at reduced prices, ranging from 150 to 400 rubles.
